Volkswagen Group Singapore Now Sole Official Service Centre for CUPRA and SEAT

Singapore, 13 January 2026 — Volkswagen Group Singapore (VGS) has announced that it will be the sole official Service Centre for CUPRA and SEAT vehicles in Singapore, effective 1 January 2026.

The move reinforces VGS’ long-term commitment to supporting CUPRA and SEAT owners in Singapore, ensuring continuity, confidence and the highest standards of Aftersales care.

Under this arrangement, all authorised servicing, maintenance, warranty repairs and software updates for CUPRA and SEAT vehicles will be carried out exclusively by VGS. Customers can expect their vehicles to be serviced using genuine parts, by factory-trained technicians, and with manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment, in line with global brand standards.

For CUPRA owners, the transition comes with a clear message: the CUPRA Tribe continues to be fully supported. VGS remains dedicated to safeguarding the ownership experience, ensuring that every CUPRA and SEAT performs as it was designed to, both today and in the years ahead.

Owners will continue to have access to authorised service facilities, where the focus remains on quality, precision and care. The VGS aftersales team is on hand to assist with enquiries and service appointments, providing peace of mind at every stage of ownership.

CUPRA owners are also encouraged to stay connected through the CUPRA SG Owner’s App, available on the App Store and Google Play. The app offers access to the latest brand activities, exclusive owners’ privileges and events, seamless service appointment booking, as well as the ability to add family members as Secondary Owners to help manage vehicle-related matters.
