Singapore, 16 January 2026 – Volkswagen Group Singapore (VGS) is bringing customer experience to new heights with a range of initiatives, designed to benefit everyone from first-time showroom visitors to long term customers.

Following close collaboration and refinement, the VGS Aftersales Lounge now welcomes a warm, contemporary café space in partnership with Tablescape Restaurant and Bar from Park Hotel Group. Known for its modern European cuisine, artisanal pastries and refined hospitality standards, Tablescape brings a curated culinary experience to the VGS showroom space, catering to visitors and customers from Volkswagen, Škoda and CUPRA. The new showroom café marks an important milestone in the group’s continued commitment to exceptional customer service.

Visitors can look forward to a delectable and diverse menu, including freshly baked pastries, gourmet sandwiches, savoury bites, handcrafted desserts, premium coffee, juices and a selection of refreshing beverages. Designed for all-day enjoyment, the café offers something to savour from morning to evening, open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays, 9am to 1pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays and public holidays.

In addition to the new café, Volkswagen showroom visitors are immediately greeted by new lounge areas designed for consultations and car configuration. These provide a fresh yet familiar look while offering a conducive space for guests to interact with one another and members of the Volkswagen team. Over at Škoda and CUPRA, visitors can also take in subtle design updates to the showroom spaces, as the brands enter the new year with zeal.

Beyond the introduction of the new café, VGS has completed a comprehensive refresh of its Aftersales lounge and customer areas, creating a more welcoming, functional and modern environment for visitors. Customers are now greeted by refreshed consultation spaces and a newly curated merchandise area that goes beyond traditional brand items, offering practical, high-quality products designed to support everyday car ownership. These enhancements are part of VGS’s continued effort to position itself as a one-stop solution for customers, while providing a calm, comfortable space to relax or work while their vehicles are being serviced. The upgraded lounge also introduces dedicated customer workspaces with complimentary connectivity, wireless charging and convenient power points, allowing customers to stay productive and connected during their visit.
