Terms & Conditions

1. 1% Interest (First Year Only)

· Customers who purchase selected CUPRA models during the campaign period will receive savings/ cash discount equivalent to 1% interest per annum of the approved loan amount.

· After the first 12 months, the interest rate will revert to the prevailing contracted rate as agreed with the financing bank.

· Offer is subject to bank approval and the terms and conditions of the participating financial institution.

· Applicable only to selected models and loan tenures as determined by CUPRA Singapore.

· This promotion may be combined with other anniversary offers only if expressly stated.

· CUPRA Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer without prior notice.

2. Rebel Protection Pack

· Includes: Dent & scratch coverage, ceramic coating, or extended warranty.

· Customers may select one option per vehicle.

· Offer valid while stocks last or until the specified campaign end date.

· Maximum value per vehicle is capped; CUPRA Singapore reserves the right to substitute with equivalent products or services.

· Extended warranty duration and coverage details will be provided at point of selection.

3. 1st Year Celebration Rebate – $11,111 Off

· Applicable Models: CUPRA Born, Tavascan, Leon, and Terramar.

· Can be combined with 1-Year Special financing and/or Rebel Protection Pack unless otherwise stated.

· Offer is limited to one rebate per vehicle.

· CUPRA Singapore reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time

4. Stand a chance to win a trip to Spain, Barcelona

· In March 2026, Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd (the “Company”) will award one purchaser of a new CUPRA vehicle with a pair of economy-class return air tickets to Barcelona, Spain, in 2026 (the “Gift”). The Gift will be awarded by means of a lucky draw.

· To be eligible for the Gift, a finalised purchase agreement for a unregistered CUPRA brand vehicle must be concluded between 01 March 2026 and 31 March 2026, inclusive.

· The pair of return air tickets shall be issued prior to the registration of the vehicle.

· The Gift is valid exclusively on Etihad Airways and is subject to Etihad Airways’ terms and conditions, flight schedules, seat availability, and routing restrictions.

· Travel must be undertaken during off-peak periods only. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to school holidays, public holidays, and the eves of public holidays.

· All personal details submitted are subject to verification upon request by the Company. The Company reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

· The Gift may be converted into a vehicle purchase price discount of SGD 2,888.00. Except for this stated option, the Gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, services, or any other products.

· The value of the Gift shall in no circumstances exceed the equivalent of a SGD 2,888.00 price discount.

· In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, advertisements, marketing, or promotional materials relating to the Gift, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

5. General Terms

· All offers are valid from 1 March to 31 March, unless otherwise stated.

· Employees of CUPRA Singapore and its affiliates are not eligible for any promotions unless stated otherwise.

· By participating in any of the above promotions, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

· In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this promotion, the decision of Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

· The Company reserves the right to amend, vary, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

· By providing the information required under these Terms and Conditions, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their personal data by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd for purposes related to the administration and communication of matters relating to the CUPRA Gift. All personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be disclosed to third parties except for valid business or legal purposes. Participants consent to be contacted via phone call, email, or text message regarding matters related to the Gift.

1. Promotion Period

· The giveaway runs from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive.

2. Eligibility

· Open to Singapore residents aged 21 years and above with a valid Class 3/3A driving licence.

· Participants must complete an official CUPRA test drive at an authorised CUPRA showroom in Singapore during the promotion period.

· Employees of Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd and Lloyd’s Inn Pte Ltd, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

3. How to Participate

· Complete a CUPRA test drive during the promotion period to receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

· No purchase is required.

4. Prize

· One (1) winner will receive a Drive-cation Experience consisting of:

· A 3-day use of a CUPRA Terramar; and

· A 2-night stay at Lloyd’s Inn Singapore (room type subject to availability) within a year, excluding blackout dates.

5. Prize Conditions

· The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

· Redemption is subject to availability and blackout dates.

· Use of the vehicle is subject to CUPRA Singapore’s standard loan car terms and eligibility requirements.

· The hotel stay is subject to Lloyd’s Inn’s booking policies and house rules.

· Any additional expenses (including fuel, parking, incidental hotel charges, or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

· Redemption is valid until 31 March 2027. Excludes blackout dates (e.g., public holidays, F1, end of year season) and is not valid for Saturday check-ins.

· This 3D2N redemption is subject to standard hotel protocol and policies

· This 3D2N redemption is for private enjoyment and not allowed to be redeemed for parties or gatherings of more than 2 pax (as per hotel policy)

· This 3D2N redemption is non-transferable. Winner must provide an original hard copy of his/her passport or IC for verification. Otherwise he/she may be denied check-in

· Additional room or extra bed charges will apply per day for any extension of stay and/or required.

· Strictly no cancellation or change of dates after booking is confirmed

6. Winner Selection

· The winner will be selected at random and notified via phone or email within 14 days after the promotion ends.

· If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a replacement winner may be selected.

7. Personal Data

· Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. General

· Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotion without prior notice.

· In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd shall be final.
