Free Vehicle Health Check Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the free vehicle health check offered
by [Volkswagen Group Singapore] ("Company"), to vehicle owners ("Customers")
who avail themselves of this service. By participating in the free vehicle
health check, Customers agree to be bound by these
Terms. It is important to read these Terms carefully before proceeding with the
1.1 The free vehicle health check is available to Customers who own or have legal
authority over a SEAT/CUPRA vehicle.
1.2 The health check is subject to availability and may be limited by the Company's
capacity and resources.
1.3 The vehicle health check is strictly by appointment only. Customers must
schedule an appointment with the Company to participate in the health check.
1.4 The vehicle health check is valid between 1 June 2023 to 31 January 2024
2. Scope of the Health Check:
2.1 The free vehicle health check is designed to assess the general condition
of the vehicle and identify any potential issues or maintenance requirements.
It includes visual inspections, diagnostic scans, and basic tests as
determined by the Company.
2.2 The health check is only valid 1 x time per unique vehicle and cannot be
transferred to another vehicle or individual.
2.3 The health check does not include any repairs, replacements, or maintenance
services. It is solely intended to provide a preliminary assessment of the
3. Limitations and Disclaimers:
3.1 The free vehicle health check is provided "as is" without any warranties,
express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3.2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses
arising out of or in connection with the free vehicle health check, including
but not limited to any inaccuracies in the health check report or any
subsequent actions taken based on the report.
3.3 The Company does not assume responsibility for any repairs or replacements that
may be necessary based on the health check report. Customers are solely
responsible for any decisions regarding repairs or replacements.
4. Data and Privacy:
4.1 The Company may collect and store personal information and vehicle data
provided by Customers during the health check process. The Company will handle

information and vehicle data for the purpose of conducting the health check,
providing related services, and improving its services.
5. Modification and Termination:
5.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the free vehicle health
check service at any time without prior notice.
6. Goodwill Gesture:
6.1 Customers acknowledge and agree that the free vehicle health check provided by
the Company is a goodwill gesture and not an obligation. The Company may, at
its sole discretion, choose to offer this service as a benefit to its
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1 The terms and conditions of the promotion shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions,
including the validity and enforceability thereof.
